The Mexico Farmers' Market is located in Hardin Park off South Clark
Street. The park has restroom facilities with a large paved parking lot
and handicapped parking next to the market and restrooms. The market hours are
8 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Saturday mornings, rain or shine. In July, the market opens
Wednesday afternoons 4:30 to 6 p.m.
Since I am doing local
subscription gardening this year what I take to the Mexico Farmers' Market
will be very limited as our subscribers will get first dibs.

The Columbia Farmers' Market is located adjacent to the
ARC, on Clinkscale. On Saturday
mornings the hours are 8 a.m. to noon, and continues through the third week in November.
In The market is open on Monday and Wednesday afternoons, 4 to
6 p.m.

I will be attending the Columbia Farmers' Market
now until the season closes.
This week I will be bringing Williams
Pride, Gala and Red Free Apples and a very limited supply of JonaMac. I will
also have a limited supply of red raspberries , homemade Honey Whole Wheat
Bread, Multi Grain bread and honey Whole Wheat English Muffins.
I will also have fresh made , plum and apricot jam as well as plum
jelly, apple butter, dehydrated apple chips, apple roll ups and range free brown
eggs.
